Who we are

DroidSender is a platform that sends, receives and automates SMS through its users' own Android phones. For any privacy question, write to hello@droidsender.com.

Controller and processor

For your account data we are the controller. For the contact lists and message content you upload, you are the controller and we are the processor: we handle that data only to carry out the sends you order, under your instructions, for as long as your account exists.

What we collect

• Account data: email and name, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
• What you upload: contact lists and messages. They are yours; we process them only to run the sends you order.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: usage and error logs, to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use the data only to provide the service, give support and send operational notices. We do not sell data, and we never use your contact lists for any purpose of our own.

Where it lives and for how long

Data is hosted on servers in the European Union and kept while your account exists. When you delete the account, your data and lists are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability or object to processing at any time by writing to hello@droidsender.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

We use essential cookies only: your signed-in session and your theme preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.

If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top; for material changes, we tell you by email.
